  • When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.
  • When you book a call: your name, phone number, your business name, industry, current marketing spend, when you want to start, and anything you write to us.
  • When you contact us on WhatsApp: your number and the conversation.
  • Basic technical data: the web server may log your browser type and the pages visited, for security and operation.

3. How we use it

  • To send you the tips video and the weekly newsletter.
  • To organise the call and prepare for your business.
  • To answer your questions and to deliver the service if we agree to work together.
  • To improve the website and keep it secure.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Service providers

We use service providers to run the website, including Kit for email, the CRM and scheduling tools we use for calls, Cloudflare to host the website and store the requests sent through its forms, WhatsApp for messaging, and Google Fonts to display fonts. They receive your data only as far as needed to provide their service.

Some of this data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia by these providers.

5. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, for example when you subscribe to the newsletter or request a call, and to carry out what you asked us for. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, then we delete it.

7. Your rights

  • See the data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.

Send your request to the email address in the footer and we will reply within the period the law requires.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data and limit access to the people who need it to deliver the service.

The website does not currently use advertising or tracking tools. If we add visitor analytics later, we will explain it here and update this policy.
