Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

Ibdaa Taswiq ("we") provides local marketing and Google visibility services to businesses in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using this website, booking a call or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these terms.

2. Using the website

The content on this website is general information. You may not copy or republish it without our written permission, or use the website in a way that harms it or anyone else.

3. The assessment call

The assessment call lasts about 10 minutes. We review where your business ranks today. The call does not commit you to any paid service, and it does not commit us to offering one if we think we can't help you.

4. The newsletter

When you subscribe, we send you the tips video and then a weekly tip. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

5. Paid services

The services, price and duration are agreed with you in writing (a message or a short agreement) before we start. We don't use long contracts: you can stop the service at any time by telling us, and you pay for the period we worked before you stopped.

6. Results and guarantee

Search rankings are controlled by Google and by factors outside our control, so we don't promise a specific position by a specific date. We commit to working within Google's rules and to being honest with you about what to expect. If a specific guarantee is agreed, its wording will be stated in your written agreement.

7. Access and ownership

We ask for manager access to your Google profile and website in order to work on them. You keep ownership of the profile, the website and the accounts, and our access is removed when the service ends.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for making sure your business is licensed and operates in line with the laws of Saudi Arabia.

9. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by using the website, by changes to Google's algorithms, or by account suspensions caused by parties outside our control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. For questions, use the email address shown in the footer of the website.
